Wild Nothing - China Town

Wild Nothing is the solo project of Virginia born Jack Tatum, whose music is the product of an unhealthy obsession with nostalgia. Equal parts teenage wasteland and inexplicable regret, his songs are the kind that could only be made by the young at heart. Unlike the current herd of one-man bedroom bands, Tatum creates complex textural environments that aim for something higher. Melodies that yearn to stay with you. Warped interpretations of Johnny Marr’s guitar work and The Cure’s careful synth arrangements. Dreamy, catchy, and intriguing. Here’s to missing your youth.

Tatum began recording under the moniker Wild Nothing in the summer of 2009 in Blacksburg, Virginia. Upon gathering attention in indie music circles, he was signed with the Captured Tracks record label and began touring with a band. His debut full-length, Gemini, was released in spring 2010 to acclaim from Pitchfork Media and the music editors at Amazon.com.

Cinnamon Chasers is an electronic music project featuring Russ Davies, which originated in London, England.


Cinnamon Chasers,  has strong musical roots and cites early pioneers like Giorgio Moroder, Vangelis, Jean-Micheal Jarre, and KLF as key influences and leading to modern talent such as Alan Braxe, Rex The Dog, Junior Boys… 

Rather than create pretentious moody dance music Russ wants to create music that has an honest heart, and good intentions, and feels like a good friend. Cinnamon Chasers achieves this with a perfect blend of crisp electronics, Pop based song structure and melodies, and an Indie feel.

Cinnamon Chasers have been gaining major notoriety this year with their tune and video Luv Deluxe, which just won the award at the 2010 SXSW Conference for Best Music Video. The video has been a major viral hit on the web with over a million views in the first two months of launch and is being screened on over 30 film festivals world wide. Sunset Drive is their eagerly anticipated follow-up release and is a perfect warm-up for the summer season with 5 sunshine soaked electro pop tunes all in the quirky unique style that CC have become so well known for.

Martin Solveig (born September 22, 1976) is a French electronic music DJ and producer from Paris. He also hosts a weekly radio show called "C'est La Vie" on stations worldwide including FG DJ Radio in his homeland. His label is called Mixture Stereophonic.

Dragonette is a Canadian New Wave/Synthpop/Electropop group active since 2005. Dragonette consists of singer-songwriter Martina Sorbara, bassist and producer Dan Kurtz (also in The New Deal) and drummer Joel Stouffer.
